There’s a lot of truth to it…
So with that in mind…

What It Means To Be In The Right Place At The Right Time
By definition it says…
“At a location where something good is about to happen at just the time of its occurrence; lucky; fortunate; able to obtain a benefit due to circumstances, rather than due to merit.”
I believe for the most part that what’s meant to be is meant to be…
But, I also believe that luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.
And the way I interpret that is…
By being proactive with my intentions…
Meaning, I never want to miss out on an opportunity because…
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Make sense?
Why It Is Important To Be In The Right Place At The Right Time
This is pretty obvious…
However, I think there’s some merit to saying it anyway…
When it comes to being in the right place at the right time…
The place is more important than the timing.
Based on probability alone…
You’ll eventually get your opportunity…
But that opportunity will only come around if you’re consistently in the right place.
So utilizing marketing automations in your Digital Marketing Agency as a Local Small Business Consultant is critical to being in the right place…
And typically the right time as well.
This alone has been the biggest breakthrough in marketing that has allowed us to never miss out on a golden opportunity.

The way I would define a “golden opportunity” for a Local Small Business Consultant and/or Digital Marketing Agency owner is a…

However, typically (about 90% of the time) you still need to *close* the sale so to speak…
Meaning, you still need to be available at the same exact time that the hot lead is so that you can interact with them without delay.
Because the longer you wait to respond to a hot lead…
The colder the lead becomes…
To the point where the lead may no longer have any interest in your products or services…
And potentially even moved on to the next Local Small Business Consultant and/or Digital Marketing Agency.
How To Be In The Right Place At The Right Time
Easier said than done, right?!
That’s where you need to be as prepared as you possibly can be…
Because you never know where and when that opportunity will occur.
However, there are measures you can take that will increase your likelihood of success…
Obviously you can’t physically be everywhere all the time.
But again with the right systems and tools in place…
You can all but be assured that you’ll never miss another important phone call, text message, website chat, or social media direct message.
How To Prevent From Being In The Wrong Place At The Wrong Time
As I previously mentioned…
I would say that a solid digital marketing plan is only half of the battle.
The other half falls on you!
Now I realize that you have a life to live and can’t always be *working*…

You can create and implement systems that will interact with a hot lead either completely closing the sale on your behalf…
Or at the very least, buying you time to interact with the hot lead yourself…
Virtually ensuring that you’re not in the wrong place at the wrong time ever again.
