This week, I’m going to explain exactly how I am doing it and how you can do it too.

So with that in mind…

What You Need To Attract Dirt Cheap Leads In Any Market

This is marketing 101…

An “irresistible offer.”

I’m sure you’ve heard that a million times before, unless you’ve been living under a rock.

And the reason it’s been said by every marketer and their brother (and sister – aunts, uncles, and cousins)…

It’s because it’s the TRUTH!

No truer words have ever been spoken.

Now there’s a lot of “irresistible offers” out there…

So which one should you choose?

This one will be so obvious to you once I spill the beans…

Drumroll, please…


A little birdie once told me about this…

And boy, oh boy does it work like gangbusters!

Now I know what you’re thinking…

“Oh, great… I can’t afford to offer a free vacation.”

Oh contraire mon frère! (that’s French for “on the contrary, my brother”)

The secret is to only give away the hotel stay in the vacation giveaway…

Not the whole trip!

The cost of traveling is where the real expense is in any vacation or trip.

You’re only going to have to pay a few hundred dollars for a 2 nights stay in just about any desired destination any time of the year.

But if you don’t think your business (or your clients) can swing that…

Read on as I got some news for you!


How To Easily Offer A Giveaway Of This Magnitude

Again, I understand that not every business can afford to give away even a few hundred dollars per month towards 2 nights stay at even the Motel 6.

So how can you give away an offer of this magnitude?

Well luckily for you, there’s an amazing solution to this problem…

There’s a discount hotel voucher program you can use to easily give away the hotel rooms where your monthly “winner” will pay just $18 for a hotel voucher (plus about $15/night for taxes)…

And the best part is that you will even make $5 per transaction!

How cool is that?!

So until your business (or your clients) can afford to come out of pocket a few hundred dollars each month to give away a 2 nights stay vacation…

How To Get Your Giveaway In Front Of Thousands Of People Every Single Day

This is where the magic happens…

Surprisingly, this still works just as good now as it once worked six years ago!

So how am I doing it?

With Facebook ads of course!

But not just any ol’ Facebook ads…

No Siree, Bob!

We’re using quite possibly the best Facebook ad campaign objective ever created…

Facebook Lead Form Ad Campaigns!

When done right…

These can generate leads for as little as $0.25 each!

On average, my ad is generating somewhere between 15 – 25 leads each and every day on a $5/day budget.

It doesn’t get much cheaper than that!

In fact, I’m not sure if it’s even possible to generate leads any cheaper than that?!

Want more leads???

Simply scale the ad up by increasing the budget and/or adding additional ad sets to reach more people daily.

So naturally your next question should be…

“How good are the leads?”

Well let me tell you… 😉


Why Half Of All Leads Will Fill Out A Survey/Questionnaire With Their Personal Information

Remember when I said I have been generating leads for roughly $0.25 each?

Well the real number is probably closer to $0.50 each.

Let me explain…

Because although I am generating the leads directly from Facebook at approximately $0.25 each…

Only about half actually take my survey/questionnaire after they’ve opted into my list.

So if one out of every two leads takes the survey/questionnaire…

Then the true cost of each lead is really more like twice the amount Facebook is reporting.

But are leads at $0.50 still a good deal???

Hell yeah they are!!!

There’s no doubt about it!

And the best part, like I previously mentioned in last week’s newsletter…

They will fill out a 35+ question survey/questionnaire with whatever questions you choose!

Including, personal demographics (i.e. sex, relationship status, number of people in their household, level of education, income level, etc.)…

You name it, they’ll answer it.

Oh and did I mention that out of half who take the survey/questionnaire…

That 100% of them complete the survey/questionnaire!


It’s crazy!

Sure, they can lie and some of the “first-party” data will be inaccurate…

But no matter how you harvest “first-party” data there are NO GUARANTEES that it will ever be 100% accurate.

It’s just impossible.

So we live with the results…

Knowing that for the most part, the data is accurate…

And you must proceed as such.


What To Do With Your New Found “First-Party” Data

First off, if you have a client or clients…

Think of questions you can add to the survey/questionnaire that will help you determine if they would be a good fit for your client(s).

That way you can start funneling those leads who meet the specific criteria to your client’s businesses.

Secondly, you can find other opportunities for any leads who don’t fit your clients such as affiliate offers.

But most importantly, either way you can now segment your list of people based on the answers given when they filled out the survey/questionnaire.

Just think about the possibilities…

You may be able to sell advertising space to local small businesses on your website and/or your email newsletter for your vacation giveaway…

Who wants to get their business in front of your audience.

If you’re doing a vacation giveaway where you’re targeting folks from all over the United States.

If you ask the right questions… (hint, hint)

Eventually you’ll be able to create list segments for multiple cities!

Which means you’ll have a built in audience in just about any market for local small businesses who are eager to get their business in front of.

And this is just a few of the many possibilities that await you.

I hope you can see just how powerful this lead generation strategy can become when set up correctly.
